In pursuance of the notification published in the Gazette of India, Extra Ordinary Part-II No. 25, Rajpatra-31,1927(SAKA) Right to Information Act-2005, No.22 of 2005 dated 15th June, 2005, the following officers and officials of the Institute and those at its Regional centres and sub centres are designated as Public Information Officers, Assistant Public Information Officers and Appellate Authority for citizens to secure access to information under the control of Public Authorities for promoting transparency and accountability in the working of every authority in the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Mountaineering & Allied Sports, Manali, Himachal Pradesh
