Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Applicants are eligible for refund, if applicants apply for cancellation 2 days prior to the commencement of the course.
  • Applicants will get 75% of the course fee as refund, if they fulfill the eligibility criteria of refund.
  • Applicant won't receive any refund, if he/she fails to apply for cancellation 2 days prior to commencement of the course. The whole Course fees will be forfeited.
  • If any applicant faces any technical glitch while making the payment and the seat is not confirmed for him, in this case the account branch of ABVIMAS will cross check the whole process. If the payment is confirmed at ABVIMAS end but still the seat is not allotted to the applicant, in that case, ABVIMAS will be the sole authority to decide about the outcome.
  • If ABVIMAS does not allot a seat to the applicant, despite the individual fulfilling all mandatory requirements then the applicant will be eligible for full refund of the course fees.
  • All Refund will be process before 31st March 2024.
